Observing information and simulations

Suggestions and direction guidance use astronomical calculations, catalog data, and your selected location and time. Actual results depend on clouds, surrounding lights, buildings, observing equipment and device calibration. The light-pollution map is a data-based estimate, not a real-time measurement or a Bortle rating.

The sky map, celestial images and 3D space travel are illustrative and may differ from naked-eye views. The app does not provide weather forecasts.

Safe observing

Use the app in a safe place where you can remain aware of your surroundings. Do not look directly at the Sun with your eyes or an ordinary telescope. Follow expert guidance using equipment designed for solar observing.

Starlyra Plus

Audio narration and 3D space travel are Plus subscription features. Subscription duration, price, automatic renewal and any free-trial offer are shown on the App Store purchase screen before purchase. Trials apply only when offered and are subject to eligibility.

Subscriptions renew unless canceled. Check Apple subscription management for upcoming payments and cancellation conditions. Deleting the app does not manage or cancel your subscription.

Preparing voice features

AI speech requires a supported device, a model download and storage space. Device conditions may affect synthesis time or limit playback preparation. You can also choose the system voice.

Terms and content rights

Use of the app is subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement . Third-party materials are subject to their individual terms. See the main sources in Credits , and detailed notices in Open Source Licenses within the app’s settings.
